Lei'di/t\ Lea, and somewhat less than L. tricarinata, M. & W., and in this respect corresponds more closely with L. wettinemis. It is longer than L. Bmitschiana. Form, and Loc. Shore of the Firth of Forth at Grantou Quarry, near Edinburgh, in a fine-grained shale of the Wardie- Shale group, Lower Carboniferous or Calciferous-Sandstone series.
