And also, all persons who shall be convicted of receiving,. harboring, or concealing, any such negro or mulatto slave, withinthis colony, he or they, ro offending, shall he liable to the likepenalty, to ho recovered and applied in the same manner; and suchnegro or mulatto shall he sent out of the colony,as other poor per-sons are, by lav/. epealed on the last Monday in February, I.
