GEORGIA PORTS AUTHORITY, Savannah, Ga., March 28, 2017 - Major General Joseph Jarrard, the Adjutant General of the Georgia Army National Guard, visits the Georgia Ports Authority to shake hands with members of the 4th Civil Support Team during Vigilant Guard 17. The CST facilitated a training scenario for the 48th CST out of Pinellas Park, Fla., to strengthen their readiness for a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear catastrophe.
