Ground color light pink, veined deeper, edge scarlet; white eye !n center surrounded by a broad band of orange-vermilion; large florets and truss and long footstalks. PANACHE DE NANCY. Very distinct with white stripes on salmon grounds. QUEEN OF THE WEST. This old favorite retains its po- sition as the most satisfactory bedding variety, of a fine, orange-scarlet color; first-class for every purpose. QUEEN OLGA. A beautiful, free-blooming novelly, with large, noble trusses and well-shaped flowers of a fiery- rose-color, with blending of eye white; extra for mass- ing; excellent. SIMMINOIDES. Rich purplish, crimson-white markings on upper petals. SURPASSE QUEEN OF THE WEST. An exquisite bed- der of more vivid color than Queen of the West. VICTOR FOURNEL. Very large flowering, color a very clear salmon, with darker shading around white eye, and edge of petals marked with brighter. This is an extra fine variety and attracts everybody's attention.
