Pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect (PAVSD) - multiple aorta pulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCA). Anomalous artery originating from aorta are developed in utero to compensate the insufficient pulmonary blood supply due to a congenital heart defect characterized by atresia of pulmonary arteries (small or absent pulmonary arteries). 3D CT scan.
