Welcome to The Goods Yard Solum, the partnership between Network Rail and Kier Property, has now started work on the first phase of the £200 million Goods Yard site in Bishop’s Stortford. The Goods Yard will transform the area into an exciting new quarter around the town’s railway station and deliver over 500 homes, along with office spaces, a hotel, new retail accommodation, a care home and an enhanced public realm. The scheme will be delivered over the next 10 years and will be developed in several phases.
