W. Guthrie more than any other man will be namedin Utahs history as the founder of Corinne. Of Mr. Guthrie, the Ogden Pilot, a paper now extinct, said: Among the prominent men of Utah who have been suc-cessful in business and done much in the interest of Ogden, thename of J. W. During the past year he forwarded by teams to Montana andIdaho 240,000 pounds of powder, and pounds of casegoods.
