K. at hdbur> ° °r ^TRAFFIC-No considerable export traffic from the fisheries of Hudsons Bay can be permanently established over any route which does not reach the main line of waterway transit on the great lakes west of the straits of Mackrailway line in that ditection can prove profitable.
