The harbour,comprising an outer basin and aninner wet-dock (once a quany)with 18 feet of water and berth-age for 17 or 18 vessels, is ampleenough for all the scant com-merce Dysart still retains, and has a patent slip capableof taking up a ship of 400 tons burden.
