THE HAGUE - Fake Roman statues at the former ICC (International Criminal Court) in the Binckhorst area. The ICC is an international tribunal that has the jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes. From 2002 untill 2015 the court was housed in an office building that was formerly used by dutch phone company KPN and in december 2015 the ICC moved to it's present permanent location at the Waalsdorperweg in The Hague.
