A scared cow in a filthy alley in Varanasi in India

Our (surprisingly clean and tidy) hotel was just off this evil alleyway. The smell of cow, dog and horse sh*t fermenting at 40 centigrade for a week was absolutely sensational. Not for the faint hearted.
