NEWPORT, (Aug. 26, 2022) Rear Adm. Cynthia Kuehner, commander, Naval Medical Forces Support Command, gives a speech during the Officer Development School (ODS) class 22070 graduation ceremony at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, Aug. 26. ODS provides staff corps officers and several restricted line designators with training necessary to prepare them to function in their role as newly commissioned Naval officers.
