Members of the 2nd CST and New York Naval Militia were among more than 75 personnel from 17 federal, state and international agencies that conducted law enforcement, homeland security and environmental monitoring missions throughout the operation. Like other CST troops, the 2nd CST member is wearing a optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) safety device -- called a "Rad Watch" -- on his right wrist.
