SAN DIEGO (Feb. 10, 2018) Chief petty officers at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) volunteer to cook hamburgers and hot dogs at the sixth annual Invincible Spirit Festival. The festival featured a three-hour concert with Hollywood actor Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band, activities for children, rock climbing, food cooked by Team Irvine and 149 volunteers who set up and served food at the event. Gary Sinise and Lt.
