Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy (April 22, 2021) Antonino Piluso, the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT) Public Works Department Sigonella installation energy manager, poses in front the Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA) building, one of the largest tenants aboard NAS Sigonella. Piluso assisted installing solar panels for the Command to help lower their annual energy consumption and saving the command nearly $100,000 in energy costs.
