Walker, Vice-President of the College, Director of theSchool of Engineering, and Professor of Mathematics, served as amember of the State Bureau of Four-Minute Men, and Director of theS. A. T. C. Unit at A. and M. John Curtis Herbert, Professor of History and Civics and Registrar,served as a member of the State Bureau of Four-Minute Men.
