Storm Doris, New Brighton, Cheshire, UK. 23rd Feb 2017. Storm force winds and high stide batter the Wirral Peninsula as she made land this morning. Drivers had to be extra careful as winds gusting up to 80mph swept the 26' tidal surge onto the promenade as people made their way to work.
