Marine corporals set up an impromptu "Baby Bath" in Thuy Tan village. The routine, performed daily by members of the 2nd Squad, Joint Action Company, was voluntarily done by the Marines. The villagers were too destitute to afford soap, so the squad of thirteen Marines and one sailor initiated the "Baby Baths."
