An effort has been made to carry out the plan of setting up an inexpen-sive class-kitchen equipment to illustrate what can be done in rural schools,or other places where gas stoves, plumbing, and separate rooms are out ofthe question. An equipment of trestle tables, cupboards and utensils hasbeen purchased and installed in one of the rooms left vacant by the ManualTraining department.
