Major Gen. Will Grimsley, senior commander at Fort Hood, addresses hundreds gathered for a Remembrance Ceremony at Fort Hood, Texas Friday. The ceremony commemorated the tragic shooting Nov. 5, 2009 which left 13 dead and dozens more wounded.
