Picture dated February 2nd shows people looking in estate agents windows in Ely,Cambs,on Thursday morning as it is announced there will be another increase in interest rates and higher mortgages. The Bank of England has raised UK interest rates to their highest level for 14 years as it battles to stem soaring prices. It has just lifted interest rates for the tenth time in a row, increasing them by half a percentage point to 4%.
