The heavy snowfall at Jawahar Tunnel/ Patnitop areas during the day and continuous rainfall at various places of National Highway gave tough time to the concerned agencies in carrying out the restoration work at full-scale as a result of which the road at Battery Cheshma, Anookhi Fall, Panthyal and Digdol areas could not be made traffic worthy despite hectic efforts.
