They are ofthe easiest culture; almost any kind of soil suits them, but they dobest in deep, rich loam; set the plants out in fall or very earlyspring; give them water occasionally during dry spells in the earlypart of the season; mulch with stable litter in fall, and they willincrease in size and floriferousness for several years.
