Moscow, Russia. 26th August, 2015. The Twelfth International Moscow Aerospace Show MAKS 2015 was opened in the Moscow Region on August 25, 2015. Russian Research and Development Institution Zvezda (The Star) has developed one of a kind ejection seat for a single or two-seater light aircraft. The system KS-2012 aims to save a pilot and a passenger and parachute them to the ground individually. The system is powered by compressed air. More info can be found (Russian language). Moscow, Russia, Wednesday, August 26, 2015. The Twelfth International Moscow Aerospace Show MAKS 2015 was opened in Zhukovsky city in the Moscow Region on August 25, 2015. The aim of the show is to demonstrate Russian aerospace achievements, make contracts and negotiate international projects. There is a static exposition which demonstrate modern and historic military and civilian aircrafts, heavy aircrafts and helicopters, as well as light aviation. Companies from more than 25 countries take part in the show. Earlier today Airbus 350-900 made a demonstration flight.
