Couple at a café in a commercial passage in Leipzig, a city in the eastern German state of Saxony. Badly damaged in World War II, and physically neglected by the old communist East German government, it has been rebuilding itself since German reunification in 1990. Passages like this, a feature of the city before World War II, have been restored. This one is called the Madler Passage.
