The latter con-tains small secondary veins, but never lias been found to carrypaying quantities of mineral, although high assay-results havefrequently been obtained from specimens. The contacts and contact ore-bodies occur at every conceiv-able angle, but always exhibit, when explored, a hanging-wallof limestone and a loot-wall of Limestone or andesite.
