Lt. Col. Reyes Rivas, the training and readiness officer for Marine Forces Reserve G-3, is promoted to the rank of Colonel during a promotion ceremony at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 20, 2021. The ceremony was held to recognize and celebrate Rivas’s hard work and dedication to Marine Forces Reserve and the Marine Corps Total Force.
