The three provincial farmers associa-tions are affiliated to a central organizationknown as the Canadian Council of Agricul-ture, which also embraces the organizedfarmers of Ontario. This is by far thelargest and most powerful farmers organiza-tion that has yet appeared in Canada. Ithas already secured a very considerableamount of beneficial legislation in all threePrairie Provinces and also at Ottawa. To-day the organization is growing more rapidlythan ever in the THE PIER, WINNIPEG BEACH. 138
