The 673d Medical Group held its first-ever Joint Tactical Combat Casualty Care-K-9 course geared toward exposing military emergency providers, doctors, and independent medical technicians to basic emergency medical care for military working dogs. Students of the course split into two groups during the hands-on portion of the course, which provided them with shock treatment and respiratory distress scenarios for training.
