The lachrymal process (processus lacrimalis) forms partof the lachrymal canal, articulating with the superior maxillaand the lachrymal bone. The ethmoidal process (processus ethmoidal is) articulateswith the hook-like process of the ethmoid bone. The maxillary process (processus maxillaris) projects out-ward and downward from the ethmoidal process, and narrowsthe orifice of the antrum.
