A decaying residential building with a balcony (many occupied) in central Havana in Cuba. The buildings of which Havana is famous for, are of different architectural designs from the colonial period, mostly of strong Moorish, Spanish influence, including Italian, Greek and Roman styles. Due to lack of maintenance over the years, at any time in the city, a building collapses, causing some serious accidents to its occupants. Some are now under a restoration programme.
