The cab framing is built of 2 x 2in and 3 x 3 in angles, with sidesand roof of Vs-in. sheet steel. The platform is built up of a fram-ing consisting of four lo-in. channelsrunning the lengtii of the locomotiveand riveted to the end frames andbolster. The end frames are ironcastings with push pole sockets nearthe outer ends, and with lugs for riv-eting to center and side sills and thedraw bar castings.
