Iron concretions, Moenkopi Dinosaur Tracks site near Tuba City, Arizona, United States.

These iron concretions were described to me as being dinosaur eggs but they are completely normal iron concretions. An iron concretion is a hard, compact mass of matter formed by the precipitation of mineral cement within the spaces between particles, and is found in sedimentary rock or soil.
