RITA, Guam (March 28, 2019) Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Conrad K. Mayo, assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 2, Det. Guam, fires a M2HB .50 Caliber machine gun during a live fire exercise on a Mark VI patrol boat. CRS-2 Det. Guam, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1, Det. Guam, is capable of conducting maritime security operations across the full spectrum of naval, joint and combined operations. Further, it provides additional capabilities of port security, embarked security and theater security cooperation around the 7th Fleet area of operations.
