Airmen coordinate plans prior to returning to Clark Air Base from Papaga Agricultural College. Base personnel evacuated to this area, 55 miles from Clark, to escape the ash and debris resulting from the eruption of Mount Pinatubo, a volcano that came alive on June 10 for the first time in over 600 years.
