Soldiers, representing the 10 major commands Army-wide, participate in a 12-mile ruck march on Day Four of the Army 2016 Best Warrior Competition (BWC) at Fort Hill, Va., Sept. 29, 2016. The competiton is a weeklong event that tests the skills, knowledge and professionalism of 20 Soldiers who earned the opportunity to compete for Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and Soldier of the Year having preiously won a succession of lower-level competitions.
