In North End Park, at the northern end of the city, are bath-ing-houses for men and women, with a pier extension into thebay, from the womens bath-house, of 322 feet, and from themens bath-house, on the opposite side of the park, the pier ex-tends 560 feet into the bay. Of these piers the womens issingle-decked and canopy-covered, and the mens double-decked,the upper deck being open.
