Witney, Oxfordshire, UK 18th April 2014. A 13 megawatt solar park on a 72 acre site just off the A40 between Eynsham and Witney in Oxfordshire has come on line just in time for the good weather. The site houses 52,300 solar panels and is one of an increasing number in the UK. The largest in Oxfordshire is at Wantage and covers 430 acres.
