1870 atlas map of Moldova, Romania (post 1866 Romanian kingdom declaration), and Bulgaria borders, plus neighbouring Black Sea.

From 1870 PHILIPS ATLAS FOR BEGINNERS. Edited by William Hughes, and printed by Geo. Philip & Son, Fleet St., London. I have cleaned up surface blemishes such as distracting pencil marks and dirty patches on the map, and in one or two instances retouched minor printed imperfections, but otherwise the digital image is true to the appearance of the original in my possession. Some yellow saturation removed to tame foxed / yellowed map pages. Believed to be out of copyright, but you should do due diligence if you are going to use this for commercial uses. I have researched as far as I can. - By all accounts (at least according to the Bodleian Library) general Atlas map copyright in the UK exists for 70 years after the date of publication (by a company) - and not 70 years after the author's / originator's death as with literary works.
