MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 28, 2014) – Civil service mariners Boatswain Charles Stanley and Able Seaman Ralph Amero test the aqueous film-forming foam system aboard the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195). Grumman, the Military Sealift Command Mediterranean Sea duty oiler, is forward-deployed to the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
