Airman 1st Class Zachary Hodges, 366th Component Maintenance Squadron precision measurement equipment laboratory technician, lays planks across concrete columns during a leadership reaction course at Gowen Field, Idaho, Sept. 29, 2017. Attendees were split into teams and each member was given a chance to lead their team across obstacles such as this one, where the objective was to get all team members and an ammunition can through the tunnels and across the pillars without touching the ground.
