To The Board of Managers of The New York InfantAsylum : Gentlemen—The Chairman of the Adoption Committeebegs leave to report that during the year ending December31, 1889, he has adopted out eighteen children, viz.: six (6)boys, twelve (12) girls, a total of eighteen (18) adopted ones have found good homes, and the chair-man has received several communications from parties whohave adopted some of these children, expressing the happi-ness they have with the little ones they have taken as theirown.
