Eore wing purple-grey irrorated with a few black scales ; two black points in cell near base; antemedial line indistinct, blackish, excurved from below costa to submedian fold, then incurved ; a slight black discoidal point; medial line indistinctly double, the inner line strong towards costa and on inner area, acutely angled outwards below costa to far beyond the cell, then oblique and minutely waved; postmedial line double and excurved. Hind wing purplish grey, a blackish discoidal lunule; medial line blackish defined on outer side by yellowish white followed on inner half, by deep red irroration ; postmedial line punctiform with a series of black points beyond it on the veins ; traces of a whitish subterminal line with slight dark points on its outer edge and a strong black bar from below vein 3 to tornus ; a terminal series of black points. Underside of fore wing with the disk tinged with red ; hind wing with the basal area tinged with red and irrorated with black, the medial and postmedial lines blacker. Hah.
