At this particular time, when our country is in afever of war preparation, and the usual fuels, such ascoal, oil and gas, are required in the industries in alarger measure than ever before, the necessity of util-izing electricity for home fuel requirements becomesalmost a patriotic duty. The high prices of coal, gasoline and kerosenemakes the present a most opportune time for the de-velopment of the electric cooking business, as in agreat many cases, electric cooking is accomplished atless cost than with the fuel mentioned, without con-sidering the many advantages obtained by the use ofelectricity for cooking.
