Todd Lopez June 13, 2008 Jack Hostetler, an 8th grader on a field trip from South Haven, Mich., tried his hand at maneuvering the Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle on the lawn on the National Mall, Washington, Hostetler, a player of video games, said the vehicle was "cool" and the controls were easy to learn. "I want one!" he added. The SUGV is part of Future Combat Systems and was one of several pieces of FCS hardware on display on the Mall, June 11.
