CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan— The Kubasaki High School Dragons and the Kadena High School Panthers compete in a football game Aug. 31 at the Mike Petty Stadium, Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The teams faced each other in the opening game of the 2018 Department of Defense Education Activity Football League. The DoDEA league was started 13 years ago.
