Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski, Air Force Materiel Command commander, tearfully says a few words to well-wishers, Aug. 7, 2018, on the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, flight line following her fini flight. Fini flight celebrations are a tradition following an Airman’s final military flight. Pawlikowski is relinquishing the command she has held for three years Aug. 8 prior to her retirement in September.
