The Basel Munster was built in various stages between 1019 and 1500 of red sandstone in Romanesque and Gothic styles. It has unique colored roof tiles, and two towers, St. Martin's Tower and St. George's Tower. It was originally Catholic but is now a reformed Protestant church. it was built between 1019 and 1500 in Romanesque and Gothic styles.
