Human SARM1 complexed with inhibitor dHNN, molecular model

Human SARM1 complexed with inhibitor dHNN, molecular model. SARM1 (sterile alpha and TIR motif containing 1) is an enzyme that is the most evolutionarily conserved member of the Toll-Interleukin receptor (TIR) family. SARM1 regulates axonal degeneration through its NAD-metabolizing activity and is a drug target for neurodegenerative disorders. It is shown in green and violet, the inhibitor dHNN (dehydronitrosonisodipine) in orange.
