Guthrie, commanding general, 88th Readiness Division, addresses the attendees of the quarterly effects coordination board, hosted by the 88th RD at Fort Snelling, Minn., June 24 and 25, 2021. The ECB is a collaborative effort by the four Army Reserve readiness divisions to share best practices and how to best work together to provide the best possible assistance to Army Reserve Soldiers in their respective regions.
